Neston Riverside WI Newsletter May 2023

Dear Members,
I hope you all enjoyed the coronation of our new King and Queen, certainly a historic event. This was of course topped by our coronation afternoon tea which was a classy afternoon with the WI. Thank you to everyone who took part and made it fun and especially to those members who just ‘got stuck in’ and helped. The committee worked hard too and we couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you.
Our meeting last month, ‘Would I lie To You’ was good fun and it was surprising what good liars some of us are!
The quiz team had a good evening but won’t be going on to the next round……
A big thank you again for our outstanding contribution to the food bank. It is gratefully received and appreciated. Please continue to support our sales table in any way you can as this too is for the food bank.
Our meeting this month is entitled ‘Blood Banks’ and promises to be an interesting talk.
